From the shadowy fringes of Western Canada, dubstep savant, Abstrakt Sonance, emerges. Melding the rhythmic undertones of the wild with the gritty vibrations of UK’s underground streets, pushing the boundaries of the deep dubstep movement. Holed up in his woodland den, he’s been cooking up beats with the likes of D Double E and Flowdan, to name a few.
Having shelled down on iconic platforms like Outlook, Shambhala, and Red Rocks, Abstrakt Sonance has left an indelible mark, weaving his unmistakable bass-heavy tales across continents. His crew? As switched on and buzzed as the vibes he dishes out. His tunes have seen airtime on esteemed record labels including Sentry Records, Deep Dark Dangerous, and Hatched. With a history managing Dubstar Records and Southside Dubstars UK, the lad’s now dropping some serious heat with his latest masterpiece: the EP, “New Order.”
“New Order” launches with a wobbly fusion of retro allure and contemporary grit, sounding like a lost transmission from a subterranean rave. “In the Shadows” is a proper murky track, delving into the darker crevices of dubstep with an edge that only Sonance can craft. “Ghost Signal” is a mad collab with west coast don, An-ten-Nae, meandering through gut-punching drops and haunting harmonies that’ll get the heads skanking all night. “System Reset” is the kind of banger to test any rig’s bass weight – it’s sure to leave systems and listeners alike absolutely rattled.
The murmurs of "New Order" are already permeating the underground, pulling nods of respect from industry juggernauts and seasoned heads. Abstrakt Sonance is calling – the underground is listening.

Written as a way to cope with his struggles with anxiety and isolation, the latest from Kami-O is loaded with bright, potent dubstep. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 14, 2022
This EP was my introduction to both Truth and DDD, and also the release that sparked my deep interest for the oldschool sound of dubstep. S/o to The Dub Rebellion for their upload of "Devils Game" - been a huge fan of Truth and this label ever since. So happy to have snagged the 12" as well, makes it all even more special owning a physical copy of it ♡ ECCENTRIC VIBRATION
